This involves a comprehensive assessment of your relationship with food followed by a deep dive into your areas of concern, co-existing conditions, nutrition intake, lifestyle, training and other goals. An individualised nutrition plan and other appropriate supports as required.

We get it - working on your relationship with food can bring up shame and loneliness, and there’s no motivation and support quite like a small like-minded community in your corner.
