For the most supported and intimate experience, book in for 1:1 individual consultations with me. This involves a comprehensive assessment of your relationship with food followed by a deep dive into your areas of concern, co-existing conditions, nutrition intake, lifestyle, training and other goals. An individualised nutrition plan and other appropriate supports as required.

For an equally well supported program, apply for my group program where you can choose to work alongside a small group of women paired with 1:1 support. We get it - working on your relationship with food can bring up shame and loneliness, and there’s no motivation and support quite like a small like-minded community in your corner.
Group Program
If you’re looking for a brilliant entry point to working together and feel independent to do this on your own - this is a great low cost option for you. This course will help you meal plan without the overwhelm, decision paralysis, 24/7 food thoughts and feelings of being out of control. It’s time to quickly and effortlessly create meals that are guilt free!
